Terms & Conditions

We’re delighted to host you. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, please review the following policies before booking.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: After 2:00 pm

  • Check-out: Before 10:00 am

  • Self check-in: Keypad access provided before arrival

2. Occupancy

  • Maximum of 4 guests

  • Only registered guests are permitted

3. Pets, Parties & Smoking

  • No pets

  • No parties or events

  • Non-smoking property

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Partially refundable: Full refund available up until 5 days prior to check-in.

  • Within 5 days of arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

5. Liability & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.

  • Hosts are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings.

  • Guests must comply with all safety instructions and report maintenance issues immediately.

  • We recommend travel insurance to cover personal belongings and accidents.

6. Additional Terms

  • Guests must follow all house rules and safety instructions.

  • Unauthorized guests, parties, or breaches of house rules may result in eviction without refund.

  • The property is for residential use only.

7. Legal & Governing Law

  • All bookings and stays are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

  • Payments are accepted in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Any disputes will be subject to the courts of NSW.

  • The host reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of these policies.
