We’re delighted to host you. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, please review the following policies before booking.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 2:00 pm
Check-out: Before 10:00 am
Self check-in: Keypad access provided before arrival
2. Occupancy
Maximum of 4 guests
Only registered guests are permitted
3. Pets, Parties & Smoking
No pets
No parties or events
Non-smoking property
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Partially refundable: Full refund available up until 5 days prior to check-in.
Within 5 days of arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
5. Liability & Safety
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.
Hosts are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings.
Guests must comply with all safety instructions and report maintenance issues immediately.
We recommend travel insurance to cover personal belongings and accidents.
6. Additional Terms
Guests must follow all house rules and safety instructions.
Unauthorized guests, parties, or breaches of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
The property is for residential use only.
7. Legal & Governing Law
All bookings and stays are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
Payments are accepted in Australian dollars (AUD).
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of NSW.
The host reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of these policies.
